What's in the box? What originally came in this particular box has gone missing, so I had to purchase the manual and game again. This means anything else that is normally within is missing, however I am fairly certain there was nothing else exciting in the box besides the manual and the game.

For those who love turn based strategy games (think XCOM, Civilisation, Paper Mario etc.), this game is a winner. Advance Wars saw a delayed release in some regions due to the September 11 attacks but still managed to launch to critical acclaim, seeing many perfect and near-perfect scores. As a result it now boasts a very strong base of loyal fans across the franchise. Not a bad job for a company who normally didn't release games outside of Japan.
Advance Wars is still very playable to date as it can be accessed easily on Virtual Console. The soundtrack is memorable, the animations are full of charm and the game has that "just one more go" feel to it. If you like turn-based games or are looking to dip your toes in the pool, this is a great game to start.
